based on education, experience and location. ERS also searches
the online resume databases such as Monster, HotJobs, Dice
and CareerBuilder so you don't have to!
ERS puts every potential candidate
through a detailed screening process. This includes: a phone
interview, credential check, skills test, reference check,
drug testing, background investigation, and an in person interview.
After the screening process, ERS' dedicated account managers
and recruiters determine which candidates to submit to the
Client. When the Client makes the final hiring decision, ERS's
dedicated account manager is responsible for coordinating
the entire hiring process.
Team Leaders : You will
lead a team of Researchers and be responsible for deliverables
within project schedules. A good knowledge of Research theories
and ability to design the research plan and assessment strategies
is a must. You will need to analyze project requirements,
design to customer expectations, and deliver high quality
candidates within committed timeframes. You should have the
ability to set standards and practice efficient processes
enabling the highest quality levels within defined timelines.
You should be a Post-graduate with experience of 4-6 years
in the in RPO / HR Consultancy companys.
Researchers : You bring to life the complete research work
. You will need to eliminate the monotony out of integration
and create standards to improve productivity . You must have
the ability to understand customer requirements and develop
as per their guidelines and standards. You should be a Graduate
from premire insitiutes with experience of 4-6 years in BPO/RPO
/ HR Consultancy companys.
